‘Time for Geography’ Web Site

Time3Have you discovered the excellent ‘Time For Geography’ web site yet?

https://timeforgeography.co.uk/

This site is building up an excellent set of resources for GCSE geography lessons, with an emphasis on revision materials. At present, there are a number of resources for teaching coasts, with a rivers section currently being filled (see what I did there?)

Time2 (1)The coasts section contains a  wide range of short, punchy videos classified as ‘knowledge boosters’ which include information about key issues such as erosion processes, erosion landforms, waves etc.

Time2 (2)Another section called ‘grade boosters’ including advice on answering 1-2, 3, 4 and 6 mark exam questions.

The site also offers a range of posters that can be bought for the classroom, covering  items like formation of stacks, formation of wave cut platforms, and so on.

The site is free to join, and promises to be a great  resource for geography teachers. Give it a try!
