World Population Data 2016


If you want some up to date figures for your geography lessons this year – why not visit the ‘World Population Reference Bureau’ web site?

You can download an excellent PDF  called the ‘World Population Data Sheet’ from here with pages of raw data to support your lessons on population, health, environment, sustainability etc. This document has been produced annually since 1962. This year’s edition provides the latest data on 19 key population, health, and environment indicators for the world, major regions, and more than 200 countries. There are also loads of helpful mini infographics and visuals, some of which can be seen here:
